OVERWIEW
Systematic Reformative Change Organization (S.R.C.) recognizes the critical importance of
connection, communication, and access to resources for incarcerated individuals in
Pennsylvania. Through our Life Line Services platform, we seek to bridge the information gap
that exists behind prison walls by launching our Inside-Out Membership Program. This two-way support system empowers both incarcerated individuals ("Inside Members") and their
external networks of family, friends, and loved ones ("Outside Members"). Benefits of SRC
membership includes monthly raffles, monthly newsletters, impact events, as well as the SRC
Kids program. We here at SRC believe there is undeniable strength in numbers. When
individuals unite around a common purpose, their collective voice becomes louder, their reach
expands, and their impact multiplies. A strong membership base not only increases our visibility
but also helps provides the manpower, ideas, and resources needed to drive meaningful
change. Together, we can accomplish what individuals alone cannot-proving that unity is one
of our organization's greatest assets.
PURPOSE
Purpose
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (D.O.C.) continues to lack sufficient rehabilitative
technology and reentry support. These limitations often leave incarcerated individuals isolated
from progress, knowledge, and opportunity. Life Line Services functions as a personalized
research and information hub-like a "Google Search" for prisoners-providing targeted
information in three vital areas:
· Education
· Reentry Planning
· Legal and Law-Related Resources
Through a secure, DOC-approved platform-ConnectNetwork-S.R.C. delivers research,
information, and support directly to our Inside Members using tablets or facility-based kiosks.

Membership Tiers:
The Inside-Out Membership model is incentive-based, encouraging engagement and
community-building through structured rewards. Inside members can also sign up for SRC Kids.

How It Works:
1. A prisoner expresses interest in becoming an Inside Member.
2. The individual's family, friends, or supporters register online at www.srcnow.org.
3. Upon confirmation of Outside Memberships, S.R.C. immediately initiates services for the
Inside Member via ConnectNetwork Messaging.
4. Simultaneously, Outside Members receive updates, resource notices, and opportunities
to engage in events or advocacy through the S.R.C. platform.
5. All services are 100% free. No cost is required by prisoners or their families.
